Volpe Apartment (68sqm)
Living-dining room with kitchen and fireplace side, double bedroom, twin bedroom (plus additional bunk bed), bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is complete with fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, crockery, pots, cutlery and ladles, electric blender and toaster. Ironing board iron and necessary for cleaning. For children, availability of a cot and high chair.
Bath and bed linen, changed weekly.

With traditional breakfast 9 euros per person (adults) and 6 euros per child (up to 6 years) Savory dishes a la carte.
The cost includes heating in winter and use of the pool and fans in the rooms in summer, initial and final cleaning (other cleaning is on request and paid), breakfast is excluded that may still be required. Satellite TV and free WiFi.

The Pool
Sun loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas are available. Self-bar. For free we offer use of pool towel and cap. The swimming pool is open in June and closed in mid-late September.
Breakfast
Continental breakfast with savory and desserts prepared by us. Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8.30 to 9.30. Different times must be agreed with the Management.
Cost of breakfast, if not included: 9 euro adults, 6 euro children
The Restaurant
Tuscan specialities all worth tasting. The restaurant is open both to the guests of the agriturismo as well as external guests up to a maximum of 12, only on reservation at least the day before- The dishes, both traditional and vegetarian, are all prepared with tuscan products.
Booking
20% deposit when booking, refundable if cancellation is made 55 days before arrival.
Time of arrival: 3pm onwards
Time of departure: within 10am
The appartments can be rented from mid-september to June minimum 2 nights. The cost depends on the number of people. From mid-June to mid-September the apartments can be rented weekly (saturday to saturday).
